About our car... Built in 1923 by the Pullman Company, the Kitchi Gammi Club has been fully renovated and modernized to full Amtrak standards and can operate anywhere in the country. We are the only open section Pullman car operating in the U.S. Full dining and beverage service,seating for twenty for day trips, sleeping accommodations for ten overnight make this car a great way to get away! Amenities include two baths with one full size shower. Private stateroom with queensize bed. Our Sections Our five sections which seat ten total are quite unique. For daytime travel they comfortably accommodate two persons per section giving a place for pleasant conversation or reading that favorite book while the scenery rolls by. They also serve as an intimate dining area which seats ten per sitting. At night they transform into upper and lower berths which sleep ten guests in comfort and privacy.
